My name is Ciaran Tully and I am the principal of Tully & Co Solicitors. I established my own practice in April 1997 having spent the previous 11 years with Wilson Nesbitt where I had sole responsibility for co-ordinating and developing all aspects of litigation. Nothing much has changed since those days. I am proud to head a talented team of three qualified solicitors all of whom have wide areas of experience and expertise. I’m also proud to day that our client base is growing rapidly.

Myself, Alan Simpson and Gillian McCreery look after all aspects of compensation claims whether it be a road traffic accident, accident at work or a tripping/slipping case. If you have been hurt or injured in an accident of any kind that wasn't your fault contact any one of us.

Gillian also deals with matrimonial cases whether it be a child care problem or other family problem, separation, divorce and financial maintenance.

Gillian handles all aspects of conveyancing - residential and commercial. She has taken many clients through the house buying and selling process. Gillian can also help you on any aspects of business leases, contracts, property terms and conditions.

Of course, our continued success could not be guaranteed without the efforts and experience of our management and secretarial staff. My colleague Muriel Ferguson is Practice Manager.
